Position: Lead .NET Developer Financial Systems

Location:Tallahassee FL

Duration:12 Months

 

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies with overall 12 years experience.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for .NET-based financial systems across large, cross-functional projects.
  • Architect scalable and high-performance solutions using .NET frameworks, C#, Web APIs, and related technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams; enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Oversee code quality from development through QA, integration, staging, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and development roadmaps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across environments using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Partner with distributed teams to ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

 

RequiredExperience

  • 12%2B years of experience as a Lead Developer or Senior .NET Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, NHibernate, or other ORM technologies.
  • 5%2B years of experience working with relational databases including SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Extensive experience developing and maintaining enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.

 

TechnicalSkills

  • Advanced knowledge of .NET application architecture and design patterns
  • Strong SQL proficiency and relational database concepts
  • Experience developing APIs, backend services, and enterprise integrations
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and application lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical financial applications
