Pay Rate: Competitive Base Compensation + Benefits
Shift/Hours: Full-Time | Half-Day Fridays

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of practice and in good standing
• Board Certified or Board Eligible, as applicable
• Primary care or related clinical background preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently with support staff
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Position Highlights:

• Serve as the lead provider managing day-to-day patient care at an assigned outpatient neuropathy clinic
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and neuropathy assessments
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans using established clinical protocols
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care expectations
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
• Receive comprehensive clinical onboarding and hands-on training with proven treatment protocols and advanced technology
