Essential Functions
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced patient care office setting. Vision and hearing (corrected) sufficiently acute for accurate behavioral observation in assessment and interpretation of behaviors of patient population served. Ability to lift and carry up to twenty pounds. Ability to push patients in a wheelchair . Ability to sit, stand, bend, and transfer patients.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology including a full time 1 year pre-doctoral internship and completion of a full time 2 year post-doctoral fellowship with training in neuropsychology required. applicable state license to practice psychology required. Doctoral training in medical/rehabilitation psychology with training in neuropsychology preferred.

Leads and oversees the department of Neuropsychology at Carolinas Rehabilitation. Provides services in the field of psychology with a specialty in neuropsychology to clients of Carolinas Rehabilitation (CR) and the System.
