Lead Nurse / Clinic Director - IV Nutrition Verona

The Opportunity

We are seeking a leadership-first Registered Nurse to own the success of our boutique IV Nutrition Verona clinic. What You'll Do

• Lead & Grow: Own the clinic's flow and customer experience, team development, and local community engagement
• Clinical Excellence: Oversee safe IV administration and ensure 100% compliance with Medical Director protocols and NJ regulations
• Develop Talent: Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of IV Technicians
• Operations: Manage daily workflows, staffing levels, and EMR accuracy to ensure a "concierge-level" client experience

Comprehensive training on clinic protocols will be provided, in order to ensure every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care, consistent with brand standards and values.Who You Are

• Licensed Pro: Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license with BLS certification
• Experienced Leader: 3–5 years of vascular access/infusion experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
• Mindset: You've seen up close the impact of bad health outcomes. You believe in the value of promoting health, not just treating diseases. You thrive in a high trust / accountability work environment, you have strong operational and organizational skills, you are excellent at building relationships and feel comfortable with multi-tasking while maintaining professionalism, resilience and adaptability.

The Reality Check

You will be starting IVs all day — clients will vary in difficulty, some anxious, some requiring extra attention, and they will all look to you for guidance and comfort. On top of that, you are the senior authority on-site. This isn't a "sit-back" management role: you'll solve daily problems, coach your staff through challenges, and personally ensure every client receives a consistent, elite experience every time.
