    Job Description

    This employee will oversee Med4Home O2R/ODS Depts

    Job Responsibilities:

      • Time and attendance entry, monitoring and correcting, final approval sign off
        • Track attendance points, vacation, sick, etc.
          • Completes training schedule for all new hires, final checklist completion prior to rep being cut loose on phones
            • Responsible for motivation, tracking, and training of new and existing reps to dept standards
              • Responsible for monthly reports for DM's monthly recap
                • Holds group meetings to review numbers and operational needs or updates
                  • Advocate for center/dept communications when a center is being difficult or is not providing services or update to standards set, pulls management in when necessary
                    • Interviews and submits candidates for open positions
                      • Completes 90 day and annual reviews for sales team (Center Manager present)
                        • Addresses minor employee relations issues, major is brought to Center Manager's attention to address and issue progressive discipline
                          • Calculates and reports monthly commissions, provides electronic record for Center Manager review, and submits paper copy for filing
                            • Heavy email correspondence with field, hierarchy, and employees required


                              • Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
                                • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
                                  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
                                    • Add and subtract two-digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
                                      • Perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
                                        • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
                                          • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

                                          Education and Experience:

                                            • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

                                            Physical Demands:

                                            The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
