Olea Pediatric Therapy is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an immediate part-time or full-time leadership position.
Based out of our pediatric outpatient clinic in New Hope, Minnesota, Olea Pediatric Therapy proudly contracts with ABA facilities across the Twin Cities. We are searching for an organized, highly motivated OTR/L to treat clients and step into a crucial leadership role. In addition to delivering outstanding clinical care, you will lead, support, and mentor direct reports, including both OTRs and COTAs. Experience in an ABA setting is highly valued, though we warmly welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn.
You will join a larger team of 40 established clinicians to offer exceptional assessment, treatment, and team collaboration for children with a variety of ability levels. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a culturally and linguistically diverse group of clients and families while growing your clinical leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of OTR and COTA direct reports.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a pediatric caseload by providing high-quality treatment sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients' teams of caregivers, schools, and other treatment providers.
- Documentation: Complete timely and accurate paperwork, including daily notes, plans of care, and re-evaluations.
- Independence & Teamwork: Demonstrate strong skills to work both independently and collaboratively alongside colleagues.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensure: Active license to practice occupational therapy from the Minnesota Department of Health.
- Experience:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Preferred experience working with the pediatric population.
- Preferred experience working with autistic children.

Hiring for two clinic locations:
- New Hope, Minnesota
- Roseville, Minnesota
Hours & Schedule
- Flexibility: Work week is Monday–Friday with flexible hours.
- Shifts: Daily schedules range from 6 to 10-hour days, based on personal preference.
- Availability: Hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules.
Compensation
- $38.00 - $44.00 per hour(commensurate with experience and supervisory background)
