Lead / On-Site Manager (Facilities Support Services)

About the Position

Prime Response, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead / On-Site Manager to oversee facilities support services at a large federal office complex in downtown Seattle. The successful candidate will serve as the primary on-site manager responsible for leading personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing operational performance, and serving as the principal customer interface.

This position oversees a broad range of facilities support functions, including mail operations, conference room support, shipping and receiving, copy and print services, graphics support, property management, fleet support, and general office operations.

Position is contingent upon contract award. This is an anticipated opportunity, and hiring is dependent upon contract funding and customer approval.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day contract operations and service delivery.
  • Supervise and lead facilities support personnel.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership.
  • Ensure contract requirements, performance standards, and service levels are met.
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics and performance reports.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload management.
  • Support conference room operations, mail services, shipping and receiving activities, property management, fleet support, and office operations.
  • Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising personnel performing facilities support services.
  • Experience supporting operations involving mail services, conference room support, print/copy services, graphics support, property management, operations support, and fleet vehicle support.
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance metrics, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Experience managing support services contracts in large office or government environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing federal government support service contracts.
  • Experience supporting facilities with multiple service lines and large employee populations.
  • Knowledge of property management, logistics, fleet operations, or facilities management.
  • PMP or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based on-site in downtown Seattle and requires regular interaction with customers, staff, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the facility. The role may involve occasional lifting, moving, or coordinating the movement of equipment, furniture, supplies, and materials associated with facilities operations.
