ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Review documentation / work orders

• Set up work including but not limited to:

• Move reels in work area, onto and off of the payout and take up machines

• Feed cable through machinery

• Change / adjust tooling

• Label product

• Monitor quality

• Maintain / clean machine

• Store / arrange supplies / materials

• Operate fork trucks and change cylinders

• Document processes

• Communicate with supervisors

• Clean work area

• Train employees

• Participate in team meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in the wire & cable industry a plus but not required.

· High school degree required.
