All employees participate in structured training programs designed to help them expand their skills and advance into higher-level roles within our operations.We are seeking experienced Operator III (Lead Operators) who can provide leadership on the production floor while safely operating converting and finishing equipment to meet customer expectations for quality, productivity, and efficiency.What You'll DoAs an Operator III (Lead Operator), you will lead production crews while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.Responsibilities include:

Provide leadership and direction to production team members during daily operationsEnsure jobs are set up correctly and all required materials are available before production beginsReview job specifications and resolve any conflicting information before processingOperate converting and finishing equipment while meeting established quality, waste, and productivity standardsSet up and operate inline equipment, including gluing, labeling, Straub applicators, rotary cutters, and other ancillary equipmentMonitor print quality, registration, tension controls, and machine performancePerform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshooting as neededAccurately document production quantities, materials used, downtime, and wasteTrack production counts and ensure reporting accuracyIdentify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and waste reductionTrain and mentor operators and other team members as neededSupport smooth communication and handoff between shiftsMaintain housekeeping standards and a safe work environmentFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required5-7 years of manufacturing, converting, printing, or related production experiencePrevious leadership or lead operator experience preferred
