    Description

    As a Lead OT Network & Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide both project and operational support for Honeywell Advanced Materials Plant Control Networks (PCNs) and Solstice Advanced Materials ISC Plant Control Networks.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum).

    Cisco Certification:

    CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - required OR

    CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) - preferred.

    5+ years experience as a network engineer working with Cisco switchgear and Checkpoint firewalls (or equivalent technologies).

    5+ years of demonstrated experience in network troubleshooting and problem resolution.

    2+ years experience creating network diagrams using Visio or similar tools.

    2+ years experience with analytics, dashboards, or network KPI/log monitoring tools.

    Ability to work within an Export Controlled environment handling sensitive intellectual property and process data.

    Demonstrated experience in network architecture, deployment, and support for sitewide network infrastructures.

    Strong understanding of fiber and copper media types and appropriate use cases.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    • Experience supporting IT/OT integrated environments, including network segmentation, PLCs, field devices, and systems such as Experion.
    • Experience supporting highly virtualized compute environments (e.g., Dell VxRail, vSAN, or similar platforms).
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective oral, written, and collaborative communication.
    • Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels to identify issues and drive change.

    Support deployment of new technology stacks and migration from legacy to modernized network infrastructure.

    Participate in troubleshooting calls and collaborate across IT/OT teams on infrastructure issues.

    Provide off-hours support when required to restore or protect network connectivity at global manufacturing sites.

    Travel up to 30% to perform hands on network support and project activities within manufacturing environments
