Opportunities is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead at our Oconomowoc location! This position runs on 1st shift , 7:00am - 3:00pm.
Candidates will ensure that the quality of work produced meets or exceeds customer expectations as defined by Opportunities, Inc. documented procedures, including overall facility requirements.
Essentials Functions
- Maintain records, coordinate and perform systematic QMS quality checks on daily production, providing direction to Process Control Clerks/Production on a daily basis.
- Identify quality concerns, take appropriate immediate action and communicate to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Coordinator.
- Initiate corrective actions as directed by procedures and collaborate with production operations to reach satisfactory outcomes.
- Coordinate all QA activities and outside communications directly with the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Monitor overall facility conditions to meet customer standards and adherence to GMP standards.
- Report to Quality Assurance Manager and VP of Operations all deficiencies immediately.
Qualifications Requirements- High attention to detail

- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Experience working in GMP environment for food
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can lift 25 - 50 lbs. on occasion
