    A Lead Paint Cleaning Technician role combines the responsibilities of overseeing a team of technicians who handle both painting and cleaning operations. This position ensures that all work is completed to high quality, within safety and environmental standards, and on schedule.

    Shifts: Monday-Friday (3:00pm-11:30pm)

    Job Duties: • Supervise, train, and mentor technicians in both painting and cleaning tasks. • Ensure all staff follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. • Motivate and resolve conflicts within the team. • Plan and manage work schedules to optimize productivity and meet deadlines. • Coordinate between painting and cleaning crews to ensure seamless workflow. • Adjust schedules based on project demands and resource availability. • Inspect and approve all painting and cleaning work to meet specifications. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Document work progress, issues, and corrective actions for management review.

    Requirements: • Understanding of paint systems, stripping methods, and surface preparation techniques. • Ability to use hand tools, power strippers, sanders, and chemical applicators. • Precision in cleaning to avoid damaging underlying surfaces. • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate equipment safely. • Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and clients to ensure project success.
