RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Lead Painters typically work Monday - Friday, either from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with overtime available. Occasional weekend work may be required, but this isn't common.

You'll be in charge of our painting projects, skillfully managing your team, communicating with customers, and completing exceptional work. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading others and stepping in to solve existing issues, avoid potential problems, and ensure client satisfaction. Throughout the job, you'll make sure your team gives their best effort while following all safety procedures. You'll hold your crew accountable for their work and provide helpful feedback to make sure we do the best job possible. Keeping jobsites organized and neat, you'll make a positive difference for our clients, your team, and our business!

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BECOME OUR LEAD PAINTER?

• Painting experience
• Ability to run jobs from beginning to end with minimal assistance from management
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders, lifting equipment, and working on your feet all day
• Customer service mindset
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to completing high-quality work while staying on schedule

The following preferred qualifications would help you stand out:

• 3+ years of residential painting experience
• Experience leading a small crew
• Strong knowledge of proper surface preparation and coating application techniques
• Ability to motivate others, delegate tasks, and hold your team accountable
• Professional, courteous communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail
• Clean appearance, reliable work ethic, and an honest personality
