Providence is calling for Lead Patient Admissions Coordinator - Full time, Variable, Onsite

This individual is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. This position is responsible for promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate''s degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
  • Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
  • 6 months Familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
  • 3 years Supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related experience in healthcare setting.
  • 1 year Knowledge of Epic applications.
  • 6 months Coursework in subjects such as team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution, etc.
  • Experience with MEDITECH system.

The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
