Job Summary and Qualifications As a Lead Patient Care Tech, you'll be an integral part of the nursing team, delivering compassionate care that impacts patients' lives every day. You'll provide hands-on patient care, assist with advanced procedures, and help guide and mentor and support the growth of new and experienced patient care tech staff.
