Familiar with safety and quality procedures
Responsibilities for Lead Person:
Provide guidance, support and motivation to team
Promotes safety and teamwork
Assures department is clean and organized
Assures routine preventative maintenance is complete and done on time.
Assures all teammembers are informed of and adhere to all company rules/policies
Assists in training and direction of employees
