Position Highlights:

• Compensation: up to almost $250,000 annually
• Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates
• Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
• Work Setting: Inpatient hospital pharmacy leadership

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff supervision
• Implement process improvements and medication safety protocols
• Mentor pharmacy staff and support professional development

Requirements:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License
• 4+ years of experience OR PGY1 + 2 years of experience
