Job Description:
Join our team as a Lead Fulfillment Operations Technician, supporting daily pharmacy fulfillment operations in a fast-paced long-term care environment. The Lead Fulfillment Operations Technician plays a key role in coordinating workflow, supporting team operations and ensuring medications are packaged, staged and prepared accurately and efficiently for delivery to our customers. This role also assists with workflow communication, inventory management, automated dispensing operations and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards.

Schedule: Full-time 2nd shift position with an every-other-weekend rotation. Scheduled hours will be determined based on business needs.
Reports to: Shift Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workflow and support fulfillment operations to ensure production deadlines and accuracy standards are met
- Support automated dispensing, packaging, bulk fulfillment, staging, and inventory replenishment activities
- Assist with staff training, workflow communication, and operational issue escalation
- Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and safety standard
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and inspection ready
- The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of federal or state laws to leadership, Human Resources, or the Compliance Officer
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license in good standing required per state regulations
- Pharmacy or fulfillment operations experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume or long-term care pharmacy environment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Basic computer and pharmacy systems proficiency preferred
