MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Planning Current Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the synchronization of complex logistics lifecycles including deliberate planning, procurement, and distribution strategies.
  • Authorize strategic logistics models to optimize resource allocation across global networks.
  • Validate the efficiency of operational workflows to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainability. Manages the integration of future and current logistics operations to support mission objectives in contested environments.
  • Authorize the development of contingency plans for expeditionary logistics across the Indo-Pacific region. Serve as the final technical authority for logistics synchronization during multi-national theater exercises and crisis response.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience.
  • Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.

Clearance Required:

  • Must hold an active Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $136,300.00-$243,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
