Seeking a Lead Planning Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) networks.
Responsible for developing strategic plans for circuit identification, overbuilds, and grooming strategies, interpreting fiber characterization results, and providing technical leadership.
This full-time, remote role involves project initiation, network analysis, system configuration, and supporting hardware/software integration.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience (or 4+ with a master's), proficiency in DWDM technologies, fiber testing interpretation, and project management skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
