Title: Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite, will consider Remote)
Employment Type: Contract, 6 months

Compensation:
Pay Range: $48.55-$71.44 Per HR

Description:
Design and implement solutions with a focus on cloud-native patterns and microservices.
Provide technical leadership and mentor teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practice adherence.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and version upgrades.
Collaborate with program and solution leads.
Participate in offshore calls and guide team work.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect solutions using generic technology platforms.
Lead teams and be accountable for delivery.
Represent the team in customer meetings.
Coach and guide team members.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the field.
Hands-on experience and implementation expertise for a minimum of 5 years.
Experience with architecture, design, and data models.
Experience with cloud-based platforms.
