What You'll Be Doing
Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems.
Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
Partner with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.
Ability to lead maintenance activities, coordinate work priorities, and support team performance across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance best practices.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain a valid driver's license.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
