Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precisionMentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvementEnsure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changesTroubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtimeCollaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines
