Lead Power Platform Developer

Pay Range: $33.00hr - $38.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will serve as a Lead Product Support specialist with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flow. The successful candidate will design, build, and optimize business applications and automations while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with solution design skills to deliver impactful business outcomes, including integrations with websites and AI Builder use cases.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Power Platform Development Expertise: Proven ability to develop custom solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Experience in data modeling, designing scalable application architectures, implementing business logic, and integrating APIs and connectors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• AI & Copilot Integration: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, and AI Builder capabilities to enhance applications with intelligent automation and predictive insights.
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Strong understanding of solution packaging, DevOps practices, GitHub/Azure DevOps pipelines, and managing deployments across environments.
• Experience in ADF, SSIS with hands on expertise into dealing with data exchange via storage container (blob, file system etc), Stored proc and T-SQL.
• User-Centric Design: Ability to create intuitive user interfaces and workflows that align with business needs and provide excellent end-user experience.
• Data Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security roles, data access policies, and healthcare compliance requirements when designing Power Platform solutions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communicator who can work with business analysts, admins, and end-users to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver working solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing complex business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering innovative Power Platform solutions.
• Continuous Improvement & Adoption: Passion for exploring new Power Platform features, mentoring peers, and driving best practices for sustainable adoption across the organization.
