Overview - Lead Power Washing Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to serve as a lead power washing technician at Rolling Suds of North Tampa, a veteran owned and operated company.  Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, and training to ensure their success.  This role demands a commitment to delivering excellent service, supervising team operations, and ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standards.  Additionally, this position offers the potential to grow into an Operations Manager role within the company, where you would oversee broader operational aspects and contribute to our strategic growth.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead power washing technician for your crew. 
• Drive the truck and equipment to the project each day. 
• Employ the proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
• Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner. 
• Follow safety protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service. 
• Use experience to develop and mentor other team members.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional pressure washing experience is required.
• Proficiency in driving large vehicles is an advantage.
• Experience working outdoors is required.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.

Work Schedule

• The position is primarily Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
• The position may require overnight and weekend shifts, depending on client schedules.

Compensation

• The role offers a base compensation range of $20 - $25 per hour.
•  Potential for monthly performance bonuses.
