We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a 3-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and can create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a classroom of 3-year-old children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom.
Communicate professionally with families and center staff.
Follow all center policies, licensing, and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Previous childcare or early childhood education experience preferred.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
Must successfully complete all required background checks.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
