School location is 9200 Teddy Lane Lone Tree, CO 80124. $1,500 Sign On Bonus. Benefits include hourly compensation of $20.00 to $23.00, depending on experience and education, $500 signing bonus after 90 days, set schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, paid time off (PTO) 80 hours annually, paid sick leave up to 48 hours annually, paid week off for winter break (week of Christmas), paid holidays, medical plan - Kaiser Permanente- $150/month employer contribution, guardian dental & vision benefit plans, 401(k) retirement with 100% match up to 4% salary contribution, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications include meeting basic requirements of Colorado Shines, PDIS Level 2+, CDA, AS or BS degree in ECE, education, or equivalent, previous experience as a teacher in licensed early childhood education, PreK, preschool, childcare, daycare center, or education preferred, knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
Responsibilities include being responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children, assessing each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis, implementing the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and programming, planning with a member of the leadership team the parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations, and observing all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Lone Tree, and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children in daycare or childcare center.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
