About the Role
Tiny Town is looking for a caring and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom focused on kindergarten readiness. You’ll create a structured, engaging environment where children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead age-appropriate curriculum
- Support early learning (literacy, math, social-emotional skills)
- Maintain a safe, organized classroom
- Communicate with families and track development
- Ensure compliance with Ohio licensing (ODJFS)
Qualifications
- Must meet ODJFS Lead Teacher requirements (CDA, degree, or equivalent)
- Childcare/preschool experience required
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood education
