Ditsch is a global bakery brand known for authentic German pretzels and baked snacks. We’re expanding in the U.S. and opening a new location inside Jungle Jim’s Eastgate in early December!

Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Pretzel Pro to lead day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, food service experience, and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff performance
• Maintain food safety and brand standards
• Manage scheduling and inventory
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food service or retail management experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work weekends
• ServSafe certification a plus

Hours of Operation

• Monday:1p-7p
• Tuesday/Wednesday: Closed
• Thursday: 1p-7p
• Friday: 2p-9p
• Saturday: 10a-8a
• Sunday: 11a-7p
