About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to provide exceptional patient care and serve as the onsite clinical leader for our Silver Lake clinic.
This is a patient-facing leadership opportunity for a physician who wants to mentor clinicians, influence clinical quality, and help shape the patient and provider experience while remaining deeply engaged in direct care.
You'll partner closely with clinic operations and market clinical leadership to support your provider team, address complex clinical questions, strengthen care quality, and identify opportunities to improve how the clinic operates.
This role includes dedicated, protected leadership time for provider support, clinical quality work, and partnership with operations.

Tia provides specialized training in menopause care, sexual health, medical dermatology, weight management, and relevant clinical procedures. Prior experience in every area is not required.
Work Location
This is a full-time, onsite position based at Tia's Silver Lake clinic in Los Angeles.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000 to $280,000, based on experience, qualifications, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.
