We are seeking a Sr. Principal Program Manager to lead the rhythm of business for demand planning across GPU, Compute, Storage, and Network infrastructure. This role will establish the operating cadence, governance, and cross-functional mechanisms that ensure demand plans are timely, aligned, decision-ready, and consistently executed across infrastructure domains.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the demand-planning rhythm of business across GPU, Compute, Storage, and Network.

  • Establish clear planning cadences, milestones, inputs, decision forums, and executive reporting mechanisms.

  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews to align demand signals, supply constraints, deployment priorities, and capital implications.

  • Drive readiness for monthly, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles; ensure inputs are complete, consistent, and delivered on time.

  • Identify planning gaps, material risks, data-quality issues, and unresolved decisions; drive owners and timelines to closure.

  • Translate complex planning outputs into concise executive updates, decisions, and action plans.

  • Partner with domain planning teams to standardize processes, definitions, metrics, and reporting where appropriate.

  • Lead strategic programs that improve planning accuracy, scalability, automation, and operational discipline.

  • Maintain visibility into key demand, supply, inventory, attainment, and forecast-performance metrics.

  • Facilitate alignment across Infrastructure Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

  • Develop mechanisms to track commitments, decisions, dependencies, and follow-through across the planning organization.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of program management, business operations, supply chain, infrastructure planning, or related experience.

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional operating cadences in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, infrastructure deployment, or capacity planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across organizations with competing priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and meeting facilitation.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify risks, frame tradeoffs, and guide decisions.

  • Experience driving process improvement, planning-system adoption, reporting standardization, or automation initiatives.

  • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity while creating structure, accountability, and momentum.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware operations, or large-scale technology environments.

  • Experience supporting GPU, compute, storage, and/or network capacity planning.

  • Familiarity with financial planning, capital planning, and supply-chain execution.

  • Experience leading multi-year transformation or planning-maturity programs.
