Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer with 15–20 years of industry experience to support LNG projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in LNG systems, including warm, cold, and BOP (Balance of Plant), and will function as a working lead responsible for both technical execution and day-to-day leadership.

Job Description

• Function as a working lead, balancing hands-on technical execution with leadership responsibilities.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of work across assigned process areas, including development of work plans, prioritization of activities, and alignment with overall project schedules.
• Lead, support, and manage Responsible Engineers (REs) and engineering resources across multiple offices, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent execution.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Provide strong technical guidance and oversight throughout the execution phase, addressing technical challenges, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with project and company standards.
• Serve as a key technical and coordination interface with project leadership and other disciplines to ensure successful delivery of scope.

Skills Required

• 15–20 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proven LNG experience, including warm, cold, and BOP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams while remaining actively involved in technical execution.
• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills. 
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required (BC preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in a Lead Engineer role or leading engineering teams/projects.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
