Summary You will serve as a LEAD PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR in the BUSINESS & PLANNING OFFICE within the TEST AND EVALUATION DEPT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will serve as a subject matter expert and team leader responsible for directing the full lifecycle of procurement and contract management. You will apply advanced analytical and leadership skills to guide a team of specialists to ensure mission-critical projects are strategically resourced, programmatically sound, and contractually secure. You will proactively monitor contractor performance against cost, schedule, and quality metrics to independently identify, negotiate, and resolve performance discrepancies to mitigate risks and resource loss to the government. You will oversee vendor security assessments, verify personnel clearances for access to classified or controlled information (CUI), and integrate security clauses directly into Statements of Work. You will apply expert knowledge of Navy Working Capital Fund procedures, fiscal law, and funding appropriations to all procurement actions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector coordinating acquisition management functions to ensure financial and technical compliance with contract terms and conditions. Examples of qualifying experience may include: analyzing, developing, and recommending procurement strategies; developing comprehensive acquisition packages; and proactively monitoring contractor performance to mitigate risks and prevent resourse loss to the government.
