This position is for a creative visionary who can bridge the gap between technical innovation and cultural relevance, ensuring that every garment is as functional as it is inspiring.

Who We Are Looking For<\/b>

You are a seasoned designer with a deep obsession for garment architecture. We are prioritizing candidates with 5+ years of professional product design experience, particularly those with a background in technical performance gear.

Your Toolkit:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Technical Mastery:<\/b> Expert -level knowledge of apparel construction, tailoring, and graphic application for performance -driven products.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Digital Fluency:<\/b> Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. Familiarity with CLO 3D<\/b> or Vizcom<\/b> is highly desirable.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strategic Communication:<\/b> The ability to translate complex design concepts into clear, focused narratives for cross -functional leadership.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Versatility:<\/b> You are equally skilled at physical sample mock -ups and high -fidelity digital rendering.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    What You Will Work On<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    You will be responsible for guiding the creative process through the design season, ensuring products meet technical standards, cost requirements, and deadlines.
    <\/p>

    • Full -Spectrum Design:<\/b> Creating a range of products from technical base layers to outerwear across multiple categories.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Prototyping & Iteration:<\/b> Reviewing prototypes and managing revisions to ensure elite craftsmanship and fit.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strategic Storytelling:<\/b> Developing and presenting seasonal design concepts that align with long -term brand strategy.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Cross -Functional Collaboration:<\/b> Working lockstep with developers, product managers, and innovation teams to bring complex ideas to life.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Qualifications<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Experience:<\/b> Minimum of 5 years in a professional apparel design role (Performance/Sport industry experience is a significant plus).
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Education:<\/b> Degree in Apparel Design or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience and training will be considered.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Mindset:<\/b> A passion for visual culture and a collaborative spirit. You must be able to work efficiently and autonomously while remaining an integral part of a larger team.

      • Logistics:<\/b> This is an on -site role at our headquarters, following a standard Monday–Thursday on -site schedule with remote flexibility on Fridays.
