Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align technical feasibility with business needs.
  • Lead discovery efforts to build a high-value product plan/roadmap.
  • Manage the product roadmap using business intelligence, VOC, and analytics.
  • Evaluate business ideas for usability, value, feasibility, and viability.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and experience pain points.
  • Partner with analytics and BI teams for in-depth customer behavior analysis.
  • Work closely with UX to ensure best-in-class experiences in all deliverables.
  • Measure and optimize key metrics through A/B testing.
  • Present product plans to stakeholders, demonstrating performance awareness.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management or ownership within digital platforms.
  • Experience with messaging systems, communication platforms, or engagement tools.
  • Strong understanding of data flow across systems supporting customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with agile operating models and tools like Jira, Confluence.
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end.

Preferences

  • Exposure to AI-enabled or automated communication systems.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
  • Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience communicating with senior executive-level leaders.
