Description

The Production Technology team builds solutions supporting production, production finance and business affairs across multiple studios and distribution platforms. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for some of our key applications.


Responsibilities


+ Own and maintain the product roadmap for multiple applications

+ Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology

+ Align priorities with business goals and stakeholder needs

+ Define and own metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact post-launch

+ Conduct discovery to surface user and business pain points

+ Translate complex business requirements into actionable product specs

+ Build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders

+ Identify, communicate, and mitigate product risks and issues

+ Collaborate closely with developers in the role of subject matter expert

+ Lead change management efforts to ensure business preparedness and user adoption

+ Triage user reported issues and prioritize fixes within the backlog


Required Qualifications


+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

+ 7+ years of product management experience

+ Strong background in business relationship management

+ Strong analytical and data skills

+ Ability to understand complex systems and end-to-end business processes

+ Ability to produce high-quality product specifications and documentation

+ Experience delivering custom software projects from discovery through launch

+ Experience partnering with the business on user acceptance testing

+ Experience delivering financial systems

+ Experience managing a product backlog

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple products

Preferred Qualifications


+ Experience working at a major studio in television production

+ Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP)

+ Experience with data and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Cortex AI)

+ Experience with AI productivity tools (Claude Cowork, Cursor, Copilot)

+ Experience with Airtable


The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA $155,700.00-$208,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
