The Lead Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of MarketPoint''s data and analytics product portfolio (sales domain). This role oversees multiple data platforms that support sales reporting, analytics, operational insights, and decision-making across MarketPoint and enterprise partners. As a people leader, the Lead Product Manager leads a team of Product Owners and partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and enterprise leaders to prioritize investments, modernize data capabilities, and deliver measurable business value. This role will play a key leadership role in MarketPoint''s ongoing cloud modernization journey through 2027.
The Lead Product Manager leads the full lifecycle of MarketPoint data products and platforms, from strategy and roadmap development through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization. This role is responsible for balancing business priorities, stakeholder needs, technical strategy, and delivery execution across multiple product teams. The position also provides leadership and coaching to Product Owners while guiding the organization's ongoing transition to modern cloud-based data platforms.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, analytics, or related experience
Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization frameworks
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders
Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, user story development, and sprint planning (JIRA and Azure Dev Ops)
Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable product capabilities and technical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Planner
Passion for delivering customer-centered solutions and driving continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting MarketPoint business processes, operations, systems, or analytics
Experience with healthcare, Medicare, sales, marketing, or customer engagement data domains
Experience working with enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
SAFe Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar certification
Experience defining KPIs, success metrics, and outcome-based measurement frameworks
MBA or other advanced degree
Experience working with data-driven products and analytics-focused teams
PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
