Job Description

Position : Lead Product Manager
Location : Remote ( United States of America)
Type Contract - 6 Months with Possible Extension

We are an established, market-leading SaaS company seeking a highly
entrepreneurial Lead Product Manager to spearhead the zero-to-one development of a
brand-new ERP application.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You will be responsible for defining and
launching an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP product that seamlessly integrates
into our existing suite of SaaS solutions. Because our engineering team operates with
an "AI-first" methodology to build rapidly, we need a Product Manager who can match
that velocity, clarify complex requirements, and drive product vision in a fast-paced,
startup-like environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Zero-to-One Product Leadership: Own the product lifecycle for the new ERP
from ideation and requirements gathering through to launch and adoption.
* Complex Integrations: Design workflows and user experiences that integrate
seamlessly with our existing SaaS product ecosystem.
* Platform Leverage: Collaborate with engineering to effectively utilize our pre built shared backend services (e.g., core data routing, unified
authentication/login) to accelerate time-to-market.
* Agile & AI-Driven Delivery: Work closely with a highly technical, AI-enabled
engineering team, ensuring user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
are crystal clear to support rapid development cycles.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders,
customers, and technical teams to ensure the product meets strict enterprise grade requirements.
Required Experience & Must-Haves
* Enterprise & Multi-Tenant SaaS: Proven track record of managing and launching
complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications (prior ERP, HRIS, or core
operational software experience is highly preferred).
* Zero-to-One Experience: Demonstrated experience building products
completely from scratch, not just maintaining legacy systems.
* Startup DNA: Must have experience in startup environments or a strong
exposure to startup culture. You need to be a scrappy, highly adaptable
"builder" who thrives with high autonomy.
* Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of system architectures, API
integrations, and shared microservices. You must be able to hold your own in
technical discussions regarding backend routing and data architecture.
* AI Awareness: Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or
incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products
