Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the AWE Leadership Academy, including designing, developing, and delivering leadership-focused learning experiences and managing instructional content across in-person, hybrid, and LMS environments
• Direct the Train-the-Trainer program, ensuring ongoing development, delivery, and sustainability of the Leadership Academy model across AWE sites
• Design and develop instructional materials and curricula, serving as a subject matter expert to create, update, and monitor training guides, e-learning modules, and professional development resources aligned with best practices and field needs
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (e.g., communications, research & evaluation, coaching, and SMEs) to align training initiatives with the Institute's strategic plan and evidence-based instructional design methods
• Support program implementation and operations, including contributing to AWE site selection, onboarding, and broader programmatic activities in coordination with leadership
• Supervise and develop staff, providing direct oversight, coaching, performance management, and workload coordination for the Professional Development Trainer
• Contribute to overall Institute functioning, including participation in meetings, professional workgroups, and organizational initiatives such as the annual Symposium

Qualifications

Bachelors degree and five years experience

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree, Child Welfare Experience, Child Welfare Certification (CWCM, CWPI), Child Welfare Trainer Certification (CWT)

Anticipated Salary Range

Anticipated salary between $62,000 - $65,000, commensurate with education and experience.
