Qualifications include a degree with 7-9 years of experience (or 13+ years without a degree) and an active Top Secret clearance.
Preferred skills involve advanced knowledge of NC3, leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving.
Must meet security clearance requirements and be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
