LEAD PROGRAM MANAGER- IT SERVICES

Job Description:
Work location– This position is a hybrid role, with 50% of the time worked on site at the Bothell office and 50% remote.

The Lead Product Owner for IT Services is responsible for collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements, defining the vision for the team’s product, creating a product road map based on this vision, managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements, overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development, developing user stories, monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process, liaising with the product team and end users to deliver updates, and participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects at the same time and orchestrate their results to achieve a broad program goal
• Plan and implement program schedules, then monitor progress from inception through delivery
• Define and report the program roadmap, current status, development issues, and success metrics
• Identify areas of risk, monitor them closely, and act to keep them from affecting delivery
• Continuously look for ways to improve cost, performance, and schedule across the program
• Build budgets and manage the program to stay within them
• Facilitate clear communication and coordination among all component projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement and keep satisfaction high throughout the program
• Stay aware of trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices that affect the component projects or the overall program

Required Qualifications:

• 7 + years’ experience managing technical programs or a portfolio of related projects
• Background in enterprise application integration, systems integration, or a closely related technical area
• Strong planning and scheduling skills, with a track record of delivering on time and on budget
• Comfort defining metrics, tracking status, and reporting clearly to both technical and business audiences
• Solid grasp of risk management and the judgment to act early when issues surface
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
• Experience building and managing budgets

Pay Range: $100.00 – $110.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
