Your main tasks:
Lead and oversee a portfolio of engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams
Manage project risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations to ensure smooth execution across the portfolio
Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio visibility, including progress updates, milestone tracking, and resource planning
Ensure consistent application of project governance, change management, and lifecycle management processes
Support and mentor Project Managers by promoting best practices, execution discipline, and continuous improvement
Act as the key point of accountability for portfolio delivery performance and strategic execution alignment
Your ideal profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field
Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders in a matrix organisation
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at different organisational levels
Experience with project and product lifecycle tools such as SAP, Teamcenter, Tableau, or MS Project
Knowledge of project governance methodologies and continuous improvement practices (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar)
Familiarity with manufacturing and product development processes such as NPI, APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA is considered an advantage
