Lead Project Manager-Supporting ETS

We're hiring a Lead Project Manager!
In this role you will be responsible for leading complex enterprise programs and portfolios, driving Agile delivery at scale, and advancing AI-enabled project management practices.

The role requires an experienced hands-on project leader with strong Software/SDLC experience, Agile delivery background, and the ability to guide teams through standups, sprints, change, and best-practice adoption. Experience with Azure DevOps is a major plus/If no Azure DevOps experience then will need to have JIRA, and AI experience is also highly valued (Claude is desired but will welcome other AI tools).

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting portfolio vision, delivery roadmaps, and investment priorities
• Leading enterprise Agile program delivery and portfolio governance, Need person who has scrummed a team
• Managing cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, resources, and vendors
• Providing executive-level updates, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic recommendations
• Driving digital transformation, change management, and delivery maturity
• Using AI-enabled tools for forecasting, risk analysis, resource planning, and delivery insights
• Mentoring project managers and establishing Agile/AI delivery standards

The ideal candidate should be a strategic but practical “doer” who can work across business and IT, communicate with executives, manage complex initiatives, and help improve project delivery practices across the organization.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, advanced project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs, plus PMP and SAFe-related certification.
