Lead Provisioner

Summary: As the Lead Provisioner, you will steer a small provisioning team that uploads programs, verifies, and ships industrial control panels built around Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Industrial PCs (IPC). You will balance hands-on technical work with daily people-leadership tasks-assigning jobs, monitoring quality, coordinating shipments, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers who rely on timely, defect-free deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and schedule a provisioning crew, track progress against daily goals and weekly ship dates.
• Load, configure, and back-up PLC/IPC firmware, operating systems, and application code prior to final test.
• Perform functional verification of I/O, communications, and HMI screens; resolve anomalies or escalate to Engineering.
• Enter serial numbers, firmware revisions, and test results into databases with accuracy.
• Coordinate crate builds, bills of lading, and carrier pickups; communicate with customers about product delivery.
• Troubleshoot returned panels or field issues; guide technicians through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration logs for flash loaders, barcode scanners, torque drivers, and ESD stations, as needed.
• Ensure clean workspaces and continuous-improvement events; Ensure proper documentation of day-to-day activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
