    Description

    Duration: 6+ months
    Location: On-site 3-4 days/week in Jersey City, NJ

    We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in test automation to help deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role will drive automation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to expanding automation capabilities using Python while ensuring quality across enterprise applications. Banking domain experience is highly preferred.

    Requirements:
    • 10+ years of overall Information Technology (IT) experience.
    • 7–10+ years of hands-on QA automation testing experience using any automation tool or framework.
    • Ability and willingness to learn and implement test automation using Python.
    Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.
    • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
    • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
    • Continuously improve automation frameworks, test processes, and quality engineering practices.
    • Learn and contribute to Python-based automation initiatives as part of the organization's automation roadmap.
