The Lead Qualification Coordinator is responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads generated through digital marketing channels, including Facebook, websites, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers, ensuring leads are properly vetted, documented, and assigned to the appropriate sales team member.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
