Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking motivated Lead Qualification Representatives (Warm Transfer Agents) to join a fast-growing insurancecomparison organization in Tampa, Florida. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a knack for communication and a drive for success. The role primarily involves engaging with warm leads and connecting them with licensed insurance agents.
Location:
This position is fully onsite in Tampa, Florida
Responsibilities:
Make 300+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.
Encourage customers to receive competitive insurance quotes.
Engage interested customers and connect them with licensed insurance agents.
Able to meet metrics based on adherence to company KPI on attendance and performance.
Follow company-provided script.
Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Base pay of $17/hour with uncapped commission.
Weekly Pay and Biweekly Bonus Payout.
Requirements:
Preferred experience in collections, sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center environments.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or GED.
Pre-Employment Background Check.
No time off in the first 30 days of employment.
