Lead Quality Assurance Technician

Coke Florida is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Technician based out of our Jacksonville location. We're currently looking for 3rd shift, working 9:00pm-5:30am.What You Will Do:As a Coke Florida Lead Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods during the entire production process.Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributesAudit container rinsers, air blowers, filters and coders to ensure proper operationsConduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standardsReceive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production processMaintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination

For this role, you will need:

High school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of prior production/manufacturing experience or 2+ years relevant lab technician experienceAbility to read, write and keep recordsPrior blending experience

Additional Qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

Food/beverage industry experience a plusDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical skillsBachelor's degree in science related field preferredGood computer skills including literacy with Excel and WordFamiliarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materials
