Lead Quality Inspector

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Lead Quality Control Inspector to lead hands-on inspection of complex electronic subassemblies, PCBs, and complete box builds. In this role, you will verify product quality against customer drawings and IPC standards, set up test equipment, and help train and guide junior inspectors in a fast-paced environment.**All candidates must have working knowledge of electronic quality standards, ESD, quality management system principals- ability to read BOLs and assembly drawings**If you have experience and are interested in this immediate direct hire position APPLY TODAY!!! 

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-piece, visual, and instrumental final inspections using microscopes, calipers, and gauges.
• Identify PCB components via silkscreen markings and design documentation.
• Program/operate AOI machines and document non-conformances on QC reports.
• Train new inspectors on techniques, quality standards, and IPC requirements.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620, ESD practices, and AS9100D/ISO 13485 QMS principles.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• strong component identification skills, good eyesight, and English communication skills.
