This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys working alongside others, mentoring newer team members, and helping keep the shop running efficiently while continuing to build their own skills. What You'll Do- Lead and support the daily operations of the Express Service team.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, battery services, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
- Diagnose and repair brake, steering, and suspension concerns.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Train, mentor, and support entry-level technicians.
- Help maintain shop productivity and assist with workflow coordination.
- Review repair orders and service documentation for accuracy.
- Communicate vehicle conditions and service recommendations with service advisors and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of automotive maintenance and repair experience.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance services and common repair procedures.
- Ability to lead by example and work effectively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
- ASE Certifications.
- Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
